You may be wondering why I’ve called my blog ‘Five Minutes Early’. Despite all the technology available to me, telling me exactly when my bus is due, I always like to get to the bus stop five minutes early. I’m sure some design thinking might find a way to stop me wasting these precious minutes! I am left wondering what else could be improved through better design.
